We purchased a property in Manotick knowing that septic system would need a replacement, and commissioned a design right away. Jeff was recommended by a trusted colleague, and I reached out right away to quote based on the approved design. He wasn't the only one bidding on the job, but he was the the only person who genuinely appeared to care about the homeowner's needs whilst still coming in at a reasonable price point. We hired Jeff to re-grade our property, when we realized a previous owner's DIY project had altered the grade to the point water was coming into the basement. Jeff was patient, thorough, and truly went above and beyond our expectations. Jeff didn't just show up with some machinery and do the job we thought we needed, but provided us with insight and advice on how to fix the underlying problem.
